Well this movie was, well...

Not that good. I know alot of people like this movie and I respect that but I just didn't like it, Im usually a big fan of horror movies but this one just did not amuse me at all
The graphics were good, the story was confusing as hell, the gore was, well...gory! But it was just bad overall.
does anyone agree or disagree with me?

I agree.
It just seams pointless. And if I watch blood drip one more time I am gonna scream.
I adore horror movies. I like bad, good and campy ones. But this was just boring to me.

Ah, a pretentious one. My my, what fun.

This movie is dreck, pure and simple. It has nothing going for it, with a terrible plot, dreadful acting, mediocre to poor editing, and woeful directing. It was utterly confusing and scare free. Roger Ebert could turn out to be a fantastic director in the future, and he might scoop awards with plot driven drama, hilarious comedies ad touching character pieces. He won't with nonsense like this.

.. It DID amuse me..
Literally.
I didn't know if I was HONESTLY supposed to take it seriously or not..
I mean, the main character was a boy who looked about 10 wondering around naked covered in blood...

But yeah, I agree, it was bad..
I'm so glad I only rented the movie and didn't buy it.. It will be out of my possession by Monday.

Well, it had an interesting premise, and it took me a little while to realize we were dealing with both a supernatural force (established pretty early) and a human but crazy serial killer. It had an interesting variation on the "vengeful ghost" idea, with the bloody boy being a sort of composite of several different victims.

But the script was messy, the acting was pretty uneven, and I think the writer didn't know himself exactly what was going on. The implication that vengeful, blood-drenched ghosts were popping up all over the place and seeking justice on their killers would have been interesting to explore.

Edited to add: And the ending didn't make sense to me at all. I've got no problem with supernatural stories, but it's nice if they have some kind of logic.
