Naturally, I'm thinking the old lady is going to have an accomplice. Perhaps it's Jack? Or maybe Laura?

But no it's just her. A little old lady.

Being a little old lady is a very effective cover for a serial killer. No one ever suspects her or that she is capable of that so they are never going to be on guard with her.
