Better movie in same genre?

I took a class called Cold War in Documents and Film this summer and, although we were treated to Good Bye Lenin and some nice documentaries, the professor surprised us all by coming out with this bit of rubbish. Are there any other films about Russian crime after the Cold War that you would recommend?
