The scary movie Charlie was watching...

Can anyone tell me the name of the scary movie Charlie was watching, just before Viola scared her while wearing that silly costume? Really, I just want to know who the blonde girl is in the movie. She looks so familiar and it's just driving me nuts! I know I've seen her in some old movies, probably the one Charlie is watching, and not remembering is just maddening.

It's one of the Nightmare of Elm Street, not sure which one.
