When Blue comes up to owen at the end, owen shakes his head in a slight way, which I interpret as a 'No". "No" to what? Was it a "no"? and if it wasn't, what was he saying to Blue.

Though I also got the feeling blue didn't want to hurt then humans at this point since she'd just helped save their lives.

We don't know that all of the other 3 were killed, I think the only one we know for definite was the one who got blown up.
There was a raptor's cry at the end which Blue ran off in the direction of indicating that at least one of the other raptors survived, though the one who was thrown in the grill would be seriously burned.

shareI took it as Blue acknowledging Owen as his Alpha and basically "asking" if he should return to him. Owen shaking his head "No" told Blue he was free to go.
