Out of 4 Jurassic movies, a kid in part 3 is the best

Out of 4 Jurassic movies, the boy in part 3 is the best. He's smart, NOT annoying at all and cute. Next is the girl in part 2 though she is a bit 'stupid' at the beginning to come to the island.

The worst kid will be part 4, the older brother. My gosh, I swear, he is so darn annoying every time he appears on the screen. His wooden acting, constantly staring at other girl like no tomorrow and making all stupid decisions. Next will be 2 girls on part 1.

Lol at you referring to both of the kids from 1 as girls. I feel as though Eric and Kelly were the smartest and Least annoying (although none of Jurassic park kids really annoy me). Honestly I would force credit to all the kids from the first three that they all were pretty bright in the moments it counted and contributed to saving the day somehow even in the smallest ways.

The kids and Bryce Dallas Howard's characters were the least important characters in the film. I, too, wanted the kids to get eaten especially the older brother. The kids served absolutely no purpose to the story and BDH's character was just an idiot.

I agree on the kid int he third movie. I really like him. He was consistently useful and savvy. I disagree on the subject of the older brother in the fourth movie, though. To me, he just came off as a pretty typical shallow teenager.

Agree...the boy in 3 was great. they even gave him cool arch, learning how to survive and all

though the kids in first one were funny. they were kids in that Spielberg way. I didn´t feel for that girl in 2. Though seeing her crying next to T-Rex jaw made me very uncomfortable(poor thing)

Kids in JW...OMG the older brother? very very bad acting and just a stupid character overall...the younger one was annoying at times...and then I found out he was the boy from Ironman 3? And I LOVED that kind in that movie. What happened? 

All the kids in the films have been pretty good. None have been annoying.

Lex in the first one was annoying AF, shining the light attracting the t rex and then screaming when it was in front of them, can't get much stupider.

Kelly from TLW really got on my nerves. She was constantly whining and complaining.

Between her and the two dumb kids from JW, they got themselves into their situations. The kids from 1 and 3 were much smarter and less annoying (ok, Timmy was a bit annoying at times, but I could tolerate him because he kind of reminded me of myself as a kid).

You must have never been a teenager. And forgive me if you are a girl, but teenage boys do just stare at girls all the time. And what "stupid decisions" did he make? Neither of the kids in the part 4 are annoying. In fact, in my opinion the only annoying kid in the franchise is the girl in part 2. Even when the movie came out I found her annoying.

Next will be 2 girls on part 1

Yeah, one of those "girls" is a boy.

I'm not a teenager anymore, but I'm close enough to remember my teen years like it was yesterday. Yes, teenage guys are interested in girls, but no teen guy would stare at girls creepily like that unless he wanted them to think he was a stalker or serial killer.

As for stupid decisions; I've only seen this movie once, and that was over a year ago, but off the top of my head I can remember:

1) Running away from the chaperone
2) Taking his little brother into the restricted zone
3) Standing in the open when there are pterosaurs attacking instead of running inside one of the buildings for cover
4) Staying on the island after the crap hits the fan, apparently just for his own amusement, while the rest of the island is being evacuated
