When they are going down to the metro station.

Should have just pulled the emergency stop when they were in the elevator. It would make it extremely difficult for him to get to them, alert emergency services automatically, and sound a very loud and obnoxious alarm drawing attention.

she should have just taken the stairs to like the 11th floor when Max first called her (she was on the 16th and Vincent on the 14th). she knows the building, he doesn't. he would have no idea where she was.
