I was really surprised that no one mentioned Jack from Lord of the Flies (villain) or Simon for that matter (hero) or Lil Ze from City of God

Seagal (while certainly an incredibly talented martial artist) is normally such an egomaniac, that the bad guys in his films never even touch him
Screwface was a credible threat for most of the movie, and even got in his fair share of hits in their final fight

I wouldn't say your list is one for "All Time" but more like "of the Past 30 Years"
