There has to be a way I can see this again

I saw one single episode of this show and I thought it was possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen. It was the episode where they were out in the dessert.

Anyways, is there any website, DVD ANYTHING I can do to watch these episodes?

I've looked all over and haven't foud anything.

I just bought a DVD with all 13 episodes on ebay. There's still a listing on ebay right now, but it ends soon. Keep checking ebay for listings.

I actually picked up this dvd just today on EBAY! Watching it and loving every minute of it!

I'm thinking of making some copies and selling them on ebay myself ;)

reply

The FBI would love to buy some. You realize how illegal that is??

reply

I'd be happy to buy a DVD put out by whoever owns the rights to the show, but until that happens, we're left to get the episodes ourselves.

reply

Ah well, illegal or not, I have seen all the busey episodes 3 times and It was worth it!

I understand it's copyright enfringement, but since they don't make any money from it, and it doesn't air anymore, I don't see why it is harming anyone. Oh well.

this was by far the funniest show i have ever seen in my life. it should have kept going. its better than most of the crap and "funny" stuff on comedy central. at least there is celeberity fit club with busey now to look forward to

reply

The fact is that they put money into the show and own the rights to it and could re-broadcast and/or release it on DVD at anytime. Its harming all the people who spent time and money on the show for you to be profiting from it.

Please get a clue about copyright infringement before considering such an idiotic thing.

reply

OK Hollywood Hitler, copyright infringement is bad but if you are left with no other choice I see no problem with it.

I bought Fraggle Rock on eBay for my woman. At the time there was no way to watch it on TV and no DVD release in sight. She loved the show and wanted to relive it. Now that it is coming to DVD I will buy it for her even though she has the bootlegs.

I have copied many DVDs in my time and have bought 100s that I liked. I feel that if a product is worth the cash it will get it, but to avoid spending too much on crap infringement is the way to go.

As for the "(It's) harming all the people who spent time and money on the show for you to be profiting from it" come on now. Copyright infringement hurts the three people or the big studios that make money on that type of DVD release. Its not like John Q, electrician gets his share after initial production is finished.

Bottom line, if you make a good product people will spend money to see it and archive it in their collections. If the product is sub-par many people feel the need not to take a chance and support it.

reply

Not really at all.
I would buy it if they released it on DVD. I would buy it in a second. I simply wanted to see the episodes again and that was the only way I could. So give me a break. They put the money into the show already, it's not harming anyone if I see the shows legally or illegaly.

If they release it legally I'd be happy to pay anything they asked.

reply

There is a "loophole" to the legalities of the matter. They are "backups" to already legally procured copies (which can include VCR or TiVo recordings) that you just don't know how to make yourself. And if you happen to lose, misplace, or destroy the originals, well that is why you bought the backups to begin with...

Someone who has the dvd needs to make a torrent.

"It was the episode where they were out in the dessert. "

Were they in a huge cherry pie or something?

As for me, I've never deserted my dessert in the desert.

I remember watching the 1st episode on CC. It was great, not sure which episode it was, but they started doing something in a back of warehouse, breaking something or doing something but I remember I couldn't stop laughing.

Anybody know what i'm talking about. There was a worker there he was arguing with I think as well.

Anyhelp,

thanks guys.

Other wise great show, one of a great many that got cancled. Along with Austin's Stories and Action.

I remember one episode where they went to an audition and when they had their turns on stage in front of the director they acted out scenes that had nothing to do with the production they were auditioning for. It was very funny. The director was like, "What does this have to do with anything?" And Busey intimidated him by saying, "He'll begin when HE'S ready....not when YOU'RE ready."

Then when it's Busey's turn to audition, he starts hamboning. Priceless.
