Annoying husband from Tonights episode (Jan 13)

Was anyone else off-put by the husband from tonights episode in San Diego? He seemed so pompous and full of himself. At the end of the episode, he was in the backyard with the realtor, and said, "We have our three b's; our beer, our babes, and now we just need a barbecue." It seems like he was trying too hard to come off as hip. It backfired, he just looked like a jerk. On the flip side, his wife seemed alright. She has a lot to put up with.
