What's with the costume obsession ?

The Trivia section is full of it; and nothing else.

Sure, it's interesting to see how wonderfully preserved are all those cloaks & dresses for decades to be reused in various period dramas/ movies (can't be said the same about the glassware though)... but, really, that is all?
