Yeah, real quick: since when are undercover cops allowed to execute people? Before being rumbled, he shoots three guys in the head - how was he planning on explaining that later on? Did I miss something?

Ooooh trust me, if he's undercover and they told him to kill his friends, he it indeed "allowed", lest he risk his identity being exposed.
My parents used to tell me that undercover work is one of the most dangerous, to oneself and potentially those around you.

It would be pretty easy to spot undercover cops if they refused to do anything illegal.
