I'm at the end where the elevator stops and you have to climb the emergency hatch or whatever and you have to sneak and kill the terrorist. The Clock starts winding down before the Chicken Pox is released. Where do I have to go after I kill the terrorist to stop the Chicken Pox from being released. Help me help me please!!

It's at the very top of a tall ladder at the other end of where you enter into the area. You have to make a jump across onto the adjacent catwalk, run down to the other end, and disarm it.
