It's a bit role right before the wedding but seriously why was he in this movie anyone know?

The same reason why he's in all of the Marvel movies; because he wanted to be in it.

i heard he is a friend of garry marshalls and an hugh fan of Dame Julie Andrews. he was unavailible for the first film, so he requested a cameo in the second

He's in the Marvel movies because he created the majority of the Marvel characters. There are no Marvel characters in this movie.

Ironic considering that some years later Disney would acquire Marvel Comics.
