Boring movie!

I like watching movies with Johnny Depp. So I lent the DVD finally to watch it now, because all of my friends saw it at the cinema and told me that it is a great movie. And now I thought I have to watch it as well.

But it bored me completely! Really! I awaited a good and funny adventure movie. But there was no point for me where I could laugh and I even did not find it exciting. Depp was quite good, but it did not really get me. Not to forget the beautiful Orlando and his beautiful Keira. They both are really beautiful - really. But nothing more else.
BTW all the time asked myself how such a great actor like Geoffrey Rush can play in this movie? Couldn't he pay his rent anymore?

I was really disappointed by this movie. I think it is the right one for kids. But not for adults.

Hey, I can understand why you might not like the film, I wasnt impressed at the start. But after i watched it the first time my friends asked me to watch it, so i did and i actually liked it. It might be because i didnt understand it properly the first time round. Maybe that's the same thing for you?

...Then i discovered i had a major crush on Johnny Depp!!! Sorry...

Um... you know this is the page for the videogame not the movie! So go post on the actual movie page not this, do you know what VG means next to a title? And it was an awesome movie!

You clearly didn't understand the movie because it is the BEST MOVIE EVER! Also, didintegration 88, there was no VG next to the post so you were wrong. Any way this movi so totally ROCKS! I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP!

I'm sorry, but I love Pirates of the Caribbean. It had every kind of genre in it! Romance, adventure, comedy, suspense, and horror....I can't understand why you didn't enjoy it, but i suppose it is your opinion. The movie was awesome anyways and I loved it!!!!!

I loved it! I admit, though, that when I first read this topic, 'Boring Movie,' I got really surprised and a bit angry, but the poster above me was right. It's your opinion, think or feel whatever you want, and it's not anyone's right to disrespect it. I do think you should watch it again - you know, just to see if it's as horrible as you think it was. If anything, you should at least enjoy the special effects, and perhaps the musical score.

I loved the movie! It's an instant classic, in my opinion. It's my favorite movie; I could watch it repeatedly and not get bored. Heck, I even know all of the lines! Took me a bit, because of the British accents (no offence to U.K. folk), but I got it.

I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by.

'Obsessed' is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
