I think you have completely missed the point here, and I guess it wasn't written for those with doubts on whether it is logically possible or not. But nevertheless it got you hooked up on a bad feeling - at least that is something, hope you can see it is not nothing?
The real point of this movie, is how each of us strugle to forgive ourselves in the events of the past, and how we help each other to forgive. It's a clear red line through the movie from start to end.
The doctors are looking for answers while helping their patients, while patients are recovering with the emotional drive of a doctor offering her gifts.
Therapy, medical treatment all cost money. In fact therapy costs quite a lot of money too, most of these sort of practices are not funded by a world focused on science and provable results. How can you possible prove, how you feel in the first place?
While your energy is drived by your doubts, don't forget who seeded these doubts in your mind. Can doctors all be trusted 100%? Can news bulletins be trusted? The individuals in this world, feeding your experience, WHAT is their blind spots? YOU don't know because THEY don't know. these kinda news are not posted on bulletins you see - you have to figure that out for yourself.
No doctors can explain why we live anyway, why would you trust anyone to tell whether they are not? Who do you trust, the person driven by guilt or the one driven by passion? What is the story behind the passion and needs of each of us?
To fully understand the realm in a coma, is a mystery only answered by those experiencing them. Since noone has any clue of what makes us "tick" anyway, I suggest you give this bad voodoo a chance to open your own heart towards your own reality rather than focusing on action and events describing a physical manifestation of what is most of all going on within us.
This movies is begging for you to connect to your own reality, your own way of experiencing events and your awareness of yourself. If you miss this chance, you'll probably stay bored for quite a few movies ahead of you.
