why american flicks must always exaggerate ?

you tell me where in the world, a whole police batallion (including a chopper !!!) would chase a doctor trying to treat a patient with the parents' consent ?? Why many many american flicks always have to exaggerate things, why directors lose so dramactically the grip with reality ??

Hello, I live in America and this movie hasnt even been released here. just because they speek english doesnt make them american, and the movie was not made in america. so lets not assume things, OK ?

This movie is so not American. It's Canadian and very weak; full of cliches. What you mentioned was one of these cliches.
But don't judge so quickly.
And I'm Canadian.
