Bob Dylan achieved everything so young
I've never been much interested in Bob Dylan. I appreciate his contribution to music and 60s culture, but somehow it has never reached me. The first thing that comes to my mind about Dylan is: good lord, how young he was when he had already done everything. Born in 1941, and in the early 60s he was already the "voice of a generation". And in 1965 he already pissed off his "long time" fans by "going electric". Then there was some more partying (with Edie Sedgwick among others) and by the end of 60s he was basically all done. In the 70s he was still in the picture, because his fame was fresh in many people's mind. But in the late 70s it was already like: Bob Dylan, is he the one who did "I Don't Like Mondays", or no it was Bob Geldof.
