Still interesting for a non-fan?

This may seem like a strange question, but please bear with me. I'm not a fan of the Ramones (I don't dislike them, I just haven't listened to much of their work). Of course being a fan will help you appreciate it more, but can a non-fan still find this movie interesting?

And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.

If you're interested in the history of punk, you should watch this film. It's a well-made rock documentary, and covers the basic history of the Ramones in their own words.

I have only ever had a passing knowledge of the band. But there are so many things in this movie that made me love these guys. Not the least of which is a scene showing the band sitting down (drummer) or walking into place (singer) and not even having stopped walking when they rip right into a song. I even gained a love for Brasil for some reason. A million abandoned children found and embraced these guys... who knew? This is a great story. You really do have to watch it.

Just realize it's more talking than music, and some brutal honesty that ain't pretty.
