Interstella 5555 : the 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem is a series of music videos released by french electronic musicians daft punk for the release of there sophmore album Discovery. each track combines to tell a imaginative story that is effective without words and definatley a great showcase for daft punks unique sound against superb animation from toei animation studio. Directed by Kazuhisa Takenôchi, this movie ranks right up there with other great Band movies such as Pink Floyd's : The Wall and The Beatles : Yellow Submarine as both visual and audio serve to enhance each other ammounting in an enjoyable soundtrack and an a great experimental peice of animation.
