Fifty Five, Fifty Five?
Five Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Five?
Fifty Five Hundred Fifty Five?

i always have said five five five five... not sure if that is correct; it very well could be five thousand five hundred and fifty five because it is the page number in the book at earl de darkwood's mansion.

in my mind saying fifty five fifty five always makes it sound more science fictionish. i dunno.

I usually just say "Interstella" without the 5555.
If I did, I'd probably say it like "four-five" because of Galaxy Express 999, another Matsumoto film that's supposed to be pronounced "Galaxy Express three-nine."
I'm not sure if there's an official way to pronounce Interstella 5555's title, though, which is why I usually avoid the fives.

I would say Interstella four-five because of Galaxy Express, but you can say just Interstella, and everybody would understand :)

What do you mean "basically"? Isn't that exactly what it means? Seeing as "Intasutera Fou Faibu" is romanised Japanese Pidgin English.

it's basically a tribute to galaxy express 999, which is pronounced three nine. so i've always called it four five.
