Since this video came out well after the fact of Jason becoming the new bassist, I have always wondered one thing. Since he was in the band, but had nothing to do with what the video's purpose was (a tribute to cliff), is Jason the person videotaping and interviewing the other three members in the "then" (1987) current footage?? You know, like when they arrive at the grocery store/mini mart at the beginning, or in the apartment scenes when the say, "we're outta beer!" Or whatever. I have always wondered about this, yet I've never heard it brought up by anyone.

No, I think all the footage was pre-Newstead. Didn't he join the group after the video was released? (I could've sworn he did maybe one small thing with them before 'Justice' was made.) It was probably an assistant or roadie or something.

Jason joined the group in very late 1986. The footage of the three surviving members was filmed in 1987, so he was in the group at this time. So, this made me curious about this subject. Either way, I mean it really doesn't matter. Just a thought of mine. Anyway, thanks for the reply!!

Well sir, here is some news for you. It takes a hell of a lot more than some douche bag, like you, who likes to try to belittle people to bother me. Just trying to give you a little peace of mind - yes, it is infact newsted talking behind the camera in the "we're out of beer"-clip, I don't have any clue about the "cameraman" doing the grocery store-clip though.
