Question about (to quote IMDb) parental advisory content

This movie has good ratings but can anyone tell me about the levels of violence, language and sex/nudity it might feature?

I'm a big fan of Damian Lewis but not so much explicit sex scenes and strong language.

And also If anyone knows how likely my local video rental store might carry it, it would be very helpful.
