shareThe Kid from kid story is KID in the Matrix Revolutions, in the movie he runs up to Neo and thanks him,
if you notice back in the short "kid story" when Neo is telling him where to go he seems to move "superhuman" on his skateboard and bends his body meaning that he's useing the power in the matrix. To me he's an mirror image of Neo and would also play a major role in the matrix trilogy. Proving this would be him fighting side by side with the lieutenant and helping defeat the machines in the war.
