Read his Dad's book?

Has anyone read his Dad's book "The Ride of Our Lives"? I am almost finished, it's really good and of course HILARIOUS! If you haven't read it you should. It's about the road trip their family took a few years back. I never watched this show, it aired during my freshmen/sophomore year of college- but I'm sad I missed it, sounds like something that is right up my alley. They seem like a great family.
