I don't get this movie

as much as I liked it, it has so many plot holes bad action.
For one, why does Jesse assume she's carrying the Messiah and WASN'T raped. She was aware that she was drinking and probably aware that she was dropping E with a boy, alone, outside. It seems like a much more logical conclusion to draw that she was raped as apposed to impregnated by God. I, personally, didn't buy the "I'm a virgin" line. She came off as a little bit of a skank and the fact that she's rebelling from her family makes it seem likely that she would mess around with guys.

What was up that dream and dove after the rape and all those miracles and signs? It's pretty clear that she isn't carrying the messiah so why would they have a need put those in the film? She gained enlightenment and became a mystic for no apparent reason what so ever, it just kinda of happened.
Why didn't her family have her psycho-analyzed when she started to claim to be the virgin mother?
