Amelie was better.

This movie was kind of similar to Amelie without the magical fiction. Amelie was better in ever respect. Acting, music, dialogue (and I only saw the subtitles). Go rent that instead. This wasn't bad or anything such as that, but Amelie was a hell of alot better.
