Note to self, don't assume that a 13+ rated anime is suitable for an 8-year-old who watches PG-13 movies all the time. The villain's death in ep 2 was pushing it; the suicide and Nancy's death in ep 3 just sealed the deal as far as keeping my little brother the HELL away from it.

Not for kids but yeah, it's really not that bad. I'm usually really protective about what I let my cousins see around me ( probably more so than their parents) and they probably wouldn't even be interested in this but outside of the final death scene (heart grabbing)and maybe some of the language, I think they've seen worse. God only knows the things I saw at that age.
