Well, Sophie had this flashbacks but all the flashbacks were other.....at first just her boyfriend was shot...but then just she was shot...I don't get it! Please help me! I wanna understand it!

just some questions ,
what happened at the end ?
did she died ? was she died on the beggining on the movie but they are showing you the story before she died ?
did courtney and her bf died at the end ?
what's going on ?
each time she goes to the doctor and tells her different stories !!!
1st, she tells her about the death of her bf
2nd, she tells her that it was a dream
then .... !?!?
and in each visit she tell her the same thing that happened to her (i took the stairs instead of the elevators ..... eyc) but different story ...
guys i really didn't get this movie (though i think it's a good movie)
