After the outstretched hand...

People are saying that the outstretched hand is the last image she sees. But what about the quick and blurry images of the detective and all the people? She HAD to have seen the detective, who would have come AFTER she sees his hand, because the detective shows up in all 3 of the segments. So maybe she survived it? It shows them laying next to each other dying, but obviously someone would help them if they were there. So she definitely sees the medical people. So the outstretched hand was important to her, but it wasn't the last thing she sees.
