When Marco took the chip out of himself....

He drops it in the sink and it goes down the drain..

Why didn't he just remove the drain pipe and remove the chip from the trap since that's where it would have ended up?

Good question. The Illuminati are well-trained in most areas, but obviously plumbing isn't one of them. That type of work is beneath them...

lol.. I was thinking the same thing. I was waiting for him to disassemble the trap. Kinda let down. Overall good movie though.

Yes that was properly annoying. They could have at least had it go down the drain in the bath or shower where the odour trap is a nightmare to get at.

I don't know why these silly mistakes are made, surely with all the people involved in making a movie, someone would say something.

...then whoa, differences...

reply

I just wonder why he never felt it showering on other days, just at this plot-critical point.

The restitution of life is no great feat. A variety of deaths may well enter into your punishment

I logged in just to see if I was the only one!

Hell, some of those pieces under there can be loosened by hand a lot of the times and depending on the model are only supposed to be hand-tight!

But I imagine the director/writers probably had no idea what was under a sink or how it actually worked. :p

We the Handy Men strenuously object to this glaring oversight
(especially, trying to disassemble the drain with the pocket knife).

I had to crash the Honda....

reply

yeah...that was so dumb.....I am disappointed with this movie...the original is MUCH better
