This short live action Super 8mm home movie style featurette is 31 minutes long and was made in 1982. This original color with sound reel was transfered up to 16mm film and the rest is history.

Tim Burton is the Director, and he is also in this funny short film 'LUAU', that brings out the worst in those worn out 60's Beach Blanket Bingo type movies with Frankie Avilon. Only this film is casted with the animation staff at Walt Disney during that "dark period" just prior to the Motion Picture Screen Cartoonist Union local #839, 1982 STRIKE that went on for 10 months, and the "strike" was deemed an overall failure to the union members.
