Cardoso

I was a bit confused at why Cardoso would believe that he was entitled to half of the winnings and the robbery money. Did I miss something? Whas there a pact to split everything? Wasn't it Andre's lottery numbers and counterfeit money that was used? And at the bank robbery...Cardoso was supposed to show up with a get away car and didn't keep his end of the deal. Cardoso also said that if Andrei shot anyone he (Cardoso) would be out of the picture.
Maybe I missed something?
