The story is very crative
The acting is good (ok, Nick wasn't GREAT but, still.........KEVIN TOOK THE SCREEN WHEN HE WAS ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I thought it was really good too for the type of film it is meant to be. I just rented it again the other day.
when i think about it for a while...this movie does suck but something about it makes me love it...

shareI liked the people and the characters, but for me what really dragged it down was the headless horseman. He was rubbish!
He looked like his costume had been picked up from the local shop, and considering he was supposed to be the worst demon in the world, he couldn't even beat a teenager with a sword. He kept running away! And the method he was killed was just silly.
That's why I marked it down. It's a shame because the actors, I thought made a good effort.
Yeah - very pleasantly surprised - was expecting nothing and was much more enjoyable than I thought it would be - still not better than a 6, but for this type of movie - that ain't bad.

shareI am a huge Horror movie fan, I love Gore and Blood and Guts and ETC... But for some reason, even though it wasn't that scary or bloody i really liked it. The story was good the acting was decent, and for some reason i really liked it. I am a big fan of this movie.

i thought it was great movie, i first saw it on abc family during thier 13 nights of halloween, thinking it was annother abc family original. then about a year later i bought the dvd and realized that it was way edgier than i though. i loved it. i love the whole headless horseman story as a whole, but i love this modern twist. new kid in town, new teacher in town. falls for the girl, the bully wants the girl for himself. bully dresses up like the horseman, alot of sublte similarities.
Just shut up and watch the movie.
I saw this a couple of years ago and it really wasn't as bad as ppl say. It was actually entertaining. And poor Nick Carter gets blasted but hey if ppl like Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake can get acting roles so can Nick.

shareThis is roughly the FOURTH year in a row me & my fam watch this for Halloween! Its quickly coming a "household holiday classic"...
Its not the BEST movie by a longshot, but its short, not TOO over the top & decently acted (except for that Herman Munster guy that gets it on with the hot nurse chick).

I do like this movie despite the fact that it isn't that good. I thought the acting was decent and the only weak link was Kaley. I love most things dealing with the Headless Horseman though the story does tend to scare me a little.
