1000 Years in the Future and They Still Have that A-Hole in a Wheelchair

I mean really now. You think they'd have some kind of genetics thing to rule out defects before birth. OR if he's a cripple because of some accident then you'd think they'd have the technology to grow him some new legs in a jar. Or hell let's take it a step down and get some prosthetic legs. Not even that though. They got him in a wheelchair that like it's the 19th century. And they make it a point that he's in a chair too because he asks for help going down the stairs. smh.
