so to save you guys some time, ill tell you where the upskirts are in this movie.

1. In the restaurant battle, just after you see lucy diamond and her friend ducking for cover behind the bar, the scene then cuts to Janet and Amy running away and you can clearly see Janet's white/light blue panties.

2. Near the start of the film when the girls arrive at the school headquarters, as the girls are getting out of the car, you can see Dominique is wearing black panties.

2. when the girls go into the safe and Amy falls into the trap. As she slides down into the money pit, her skirt rides up and you can clearly she her blue panties/spankies.

there might be more. please add if you know some more.

Another one about 58 minutes to an hour into it give or take, I saw it at the 59 minute mark. Guys playing bingo and one says I am the bingo god, then says we've been breached. Next scene guy jumps on Max, Max kicks him off, she has white panties. That is all 4 D.E.B.S., the only ones we don't see is Lucy's.  
