I.D. on Peripheral Figure in Depp's Trailer

Ok, during the scene in Johnny Depp's trailer when Hunter has the indelible ink moustache and spills the Chivas, there's a guy in a tan jacket behind Johnny and I think it's actor Patrick McKenna who most notably plays Harold on "The Red Green Show". It also resembles the graduate/doctorate? student at the McGovern panel discussion who discusses his thesis about the McGovern commission in the C-SPAN Broadcast (not on B.W.H. DVD) but that seems even more unlikely. Can anybody confirm or disconfirm any of my suspicions?
