ive looked everywhere at online retailers and random websites, coming to the conclusion this was never released, or was meant for TV and never shown?

if anyone knows, please let me know!!

I would love to know as well. I'm sure it will come out soon as it's on Hollywoods and Blockbusters site. I really hope it's soon. If I find out I'll report back.

I saw it at the Copenhagen dox international filmfestival yesterday, and I think it will come out on a festivaltour soon

Relax, it will be out on DVD soon enough. It's site, www.breakfastwithhunter.com says Christmas 2003, and I read an interview with the director Wayne Ewing saying that it would hopefully be ready Christmas. Obviously that's not the case, but it will probably show up soon.

I am myself a huge Hunter fan and I've been wanting to see this for a long time, it's gonna be great!

Just to update. I've checked the breakfastwithhunter.com site and was e-mailled a date of Feb 04 for its release... At the moment. Although I would not be surprised if this deadline is broken in true Dr Thompson style...

I am scheduled to see this film at the Atlanta Film Festival June 16
It's running with the short film LSD A Go Go (references released documents from the government on the LSD project.)

if you use the newsgroups you can find it there, its currently posted on a.b.documentries . i just grabbed it, its a nice DivX version, enjoy!

If you live in the SF Bay area, you can buy it at Amoeba Music on Haight Street. I saw it there a few weeks ago, and have been kicking myself since because I didn't get it (that will change tomorrow)

You can watch the whole thing via Google Video... Just search for Hunter Thompson. Decent quality and all; you'll at least be able to see it there, even if not own it.

I couldn't find this via Google Video... just some short clips. - I was hoping that is would be available on Netflix, but no luck. - It would be nice to check it out before having to purchase a copy.
