Filming location
The write up about this movie, on this website, only gives the Canadian filming location. Yet a large portion of it was filmed in what appeared to be a beautiful area in Italy. Anybody know where it is?
shareSaw this one on Hallmark Asia here in Malaysia on March 26th. Very familiar with Italy, born and still spend summer periods there. If I know my Geography and general environment, and add low production costs, I suspects this is the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, a stone throw from Venice. Close enough, but no cigar.
shareThe movie was filmed in a small Italian town, Macerino, along with places in Canada such as Toronto, Woodbridge, and St. Catherine's. The only filming done in a studio were the events that take place on the ship.
