Kickstarter for a movie?

Veronica Mars got a movie through Kickstarter. I wonder if that could happen with Joan of Arcadia... I'd definitely pledge a few bucks. When this show got cancelled, it was heartbreaking for me. I was very caught up in it. The first season was one of the first shows I ever bought on DVD. The 2nd season wasn't as great but it did have a few of the series' best episodes. It sort of lost its way during the 2nd season, but ughhhhh, by the time that finale came, it seemed like the show was poised to go in a new direction and not seem like a ridiculous departure.

Facts are meaningless. You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true!

I'd definitely contribute to a Kickstarter -- says a lot that this show ended a while ago and this board is still active.

I will definitely support a Kickstarter campaign for this show if they ever decide to have one.

I agree it needs a proper ending. Some of the things I would really like to know is how Joan handles this new challenge? who all does she tell if anyone? And how they react to her? oh and how does her mom play into it?

It would probably be the first kickstarter I ever bothered to donate to
