Adam was such an annoying emo wimp...

Started watching it again and I don't know anyone can really get behind that relationship. He's always such a whining pretentious tool that he ruins every scene he's in. His terrible "art" just puts the icing on. He looks like a rodent with a big weird bug face and he's built like a scrawny 11 year old boy. Why couldn't they give Joan a real guy, rather than a caricature?

It's so incredibly distracting.
