Was Picasso's last word Modi's name?
Doesn't sound true.

According to the movie,it wasn't his last word! He did say "Modigliani" while he was in bed dying, but in the movie it doesn't say that this was his very last word. Unfortunately, I don't know wether this information was true or not.

It was true! According to the Heart Specialist who attended him in his last moments, Picasso uttered two names: Apollinaire and Modigliani.

I thought Picasso's last words were "drink to me"
