Dancing around the statue
Anyone have any ideas why Modigliani was dancing around that statue of Balzac? It seemed to have importance in the ending and, honestly, the scene showed him to be at his happiest.
he dances around Balzac because he actually did that many times when he was drunk! The bar restaurant in the movie Rotonde, is actually some twenty feet from the actual statue.
