Available on DVD?

Does anyone know if this film is available on DVD, and if so whether it has English subtitles? I saw it on SBS a while ago and it left a very good impression.

The only DVD seems to be the Swedish one, and it doesn’t have English subtitles.

well i thought for a while there wouldn't be much dialogue in a historic piece like this but you won't get this without subtitles, even though it would appear like a major production this seem pretty forgotten and i never see it air or hear about it, good thing i had forgotten the reviews it got because i remember it got slammed badly, i didn't get around to watch it until now, my goodness, they couldn't get a stuntman in the hanging scene? it's one of the most ridiculous technique i've seen in a movie, like something out of a tv production, but what made the movie was another funny looking scene when the girl child picks up a giant rock and squashes the fella who has the plague (out of a picture and you hear a crunch sound), i wanted to see a movie about the plague but this was... i don't even know... like a weird comedy, i've never seen anything like this, another funny scene was the guy in a cage going from holy to ranting. a positive thing was the people acting like normal human beings while in this time period, i've never seen anything like this, usually in newly produced historic portrayals like this you get screaming savages and sadistic violence, that's why i thought you might be able to watch this without subtitles, though you don't need subtitles for the scene where the girl squashes the guy with a rock who has the plague.
