Boho just went kitsch

What an absolutely wretched puritanical wreck! Good god.

Americans just do not know how to film good love scenes without it becoming both pornographic and inane.

Yes, porno is the endgame of puritanism; it drains life of mystery and ambiguity and we are left with a circle-jerk featuring various bohemian stereotypes as they descend into vain soliloquies about the elusiveness of the female orgasm and your run of the mill sexual dysfunctions.

Some may find it fresh and illuminating, mostly because they see the film as a menagerie that houses their most lofty puritanical aspirations.

Cool. I don't agree with you . . . so much. I do love to see criticisms that are intelligent, instead of the majority of absolute morons.
You see, with so many sub-human types, I begin to feel that it might be my fault because maybe I am just being contrary for itself. But then you come along, and see that I don't need someone to agree with me, I just need to see good sense and even better, an interesting and/or insightful commentary.
I think you may even sway my opinion . . . You are right, you know. It is SO yankee to LOUDLY affirm one's "liberation", when in reality, us wiser souls know the truer freedom does not need to explicitly manifest itself.
BRAVO!
HOWEVER, you said love scenes, and I do not read it that way at all - simply showing what swinging must be like - all hung up and confused!

'Puritanical'?

Tend to agree with you.
