What a horrible little movie

The director was more worried about the cinematography and pretty shots and close-ups than the plot itself. I mean, all we get is a hot-looking girl wandering around doing nothing, saying nothing, we know nothing about her, so we have no friggin idea of her motivations or where she's coming from. It resourced to some cheap scares that made us jump and that's about it.
Did anybody care about any of the characters? At all? They were so damn annoying, all of them.
I was this close to stopping the movie at so many points but I tortured myself into watching until the end in case there was any redeeming value. God I wish I could say something good about this movie but all I can think of is that we got to see a hot chick naked.

I'm watching this now and trying my darnedest to figure out how they got the money to make this "film". I believe this is the first movie I have ever seen that has absolutely no story. It is just one atmospheric scene after another, with practically nothing connecting them other than the same characters are in them. If the creators had spent half the time in character development that they did on long, quiet, aimless shots, this movie might have had a chance.

Added to this, it is unforgivably slow. Of course, without a story, how could it be anything else?

The cinematography and atmosphere is actually quite good, which is what is so befuddling.

So sad to put this much money and effort into such a terrible, pointless script.

But I bet the director thinks his film is superior to all that mainstream American stuff.

"I've seen things that would make you want to write a book on how to puke."
