Hi Mark---I just saw the film and while I enjoyed it I am a bit confused. I saw it with Spanish subtitles and while I read spanish well, I am not a native Spanish speaker.
You seem to have a good understanding of the film , I found it rather "convuluted". Could you run it by me, please?
