Ok, so if there is an ep 14, where can I find it? I mean I cant find the Japanese D-2-HV (Direct to home video) version, nor can I find the English dub... I have seen some scenes from this number 14, and it is confirmed that it does exist... So where is it? Does anyone know where I can find it!?

There is an episode 14. It's in volume 4 of the region 1 Bandai DVD release. It was never played on television though. Just made strictly for the DVD.
