It's Iain Ballamy. His other stuff is good too, as is Food which is him working with Arve Henrikson. I came here to find out who composed the soundtrack to this and now I get why the music sounded so familiar. The album In the Kingdom of Kitsch you would be a monster by Shining I think sounds really really similar at parts.
