Why does Mona hate Max?

I was wondering why she was calling him a bastard throughout the entire plot and why she was going to kill him at the end.

I personally believe that the ending was a bit sloppy and ruined a game a little. I still liked MP2 as much as MP, though.

CLEARLY you didnt pay attention since they CLEARLY love each other wich is CLEARLY explained throughout the game.

I think she was frustrated by him and his actions but more it was about her growing attraction to him. And she was suppose to kill him but at the end, couldn't. She realized she loved him...
